What a great experience! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the warmest of hellos.
I am 100% a traditionalist when it comes to burgers, and a firm believer that a truly good burger needs nothing more than lettuce, tomato and a schmear of mustard. Having said that, I was a little hesitant to try one of their more complex creations. Since it was my birthday, I decided to just go for it. Let me tell. You, I was not disappointed! I had the California and the flavors marry so nicely. Karen, the kind lady that served us, was wished me a Happy Birthday with birthday Churros.
If you haven't tried this place, definitely put it on your list. -

THE best veggie burger I've ever had without a doubt.
My wife was craving meat and I rarely eat it but agreed to go here for the veggie burger and the loaded fries. I'm ready to go back ASAP.
I didn't get bacon in the fries and it didn't matter. They and the Beyond Burger were so dang good.
Service was helpful and friendly.
Aioli, we'll see ya soon. -

Finally tried out Aioli boygers. Hit the food truck up. 3 options on the menu to choose from and only regular fries for a side.
Ordered me a regular Aioli boyger and some fries with garlic sauce. $13 somethin and 5 minutes later I was ready to dig in.
The boyger was tasty. Flavorful meat cooked a nice medium rare. The onion marmalade was the peak of the boyger outside of the meat. Sweet, savory, and salty. The bun was just okay. Didn't do wonders but also didn't take away too much from the rest of the boyger. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and non-offensive. The fries were crisp and fresh. The garlic aioli sauce was mad thick. Picture the meme where the dude in court is read back his line "girl you thicker than a bowl of oatmeal" and does his gesture. That's how thick.
All in all the boyger was good. It wouldn't crack a top ten list of AZ boygers for me. And for the price I wouldn't try another one off of the truck. Maybe if I went to the restaurant but I wouldn't go out of my way to try it there either.
Am I crazy or should food trucks be cheaper?? -

I had the opportunity to try Aioli at a food truck event on Thursday. I've heard great things from peers about it and I decided to give it a try. I ordered two burgers to go for my boyfriend and I and his came out fine, mine was severely undercooked.
I actually became physically sick and had to leave the office early because of it.
I plan on avoiding it from here on out. -

One of the best burgers and service that I have had.
Very pleased and nothing disappointing here!
Had the strawberry shake with fried pickles and it was all good!
I was pleasantly surprised with this burger and all the way around this burger was a 10! Great flavors!
The restaurant was pretty casual..
The lady at the front must own the place as she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and she was pleasant!
Definitely will return here..
